citizenM hotels
When citizenM opens a hotel in a new city, they love to connect with the locals and learn all the ins and outs of the area. From fashion lovers to musicians, drag queens, foodies, and well-known tour guides, citizenM embraces the unique stories and perspectives each city has to offer.
For this project, I was responsible for the complete art direction, storytelling, and social media rollout. Together with the social team, we traveled to Austin, Texas and shot three beautiful short documentaries, along with numerous short-form assets for social media.
This project is my personal favorite from my time at citizenM, and I will forever hold this experience close to my heart.

Meet Mama duke
The citizens of Austin. 🎶 Hey-yo, hip-hop. Mama Duke is a local singer song-writer who founded @atxsocialclub, a hub for connection in all things music. But that’s not all - she’s also a key member of @recordingacademy creating a more inspiring world for other artists, too. Step into her studio, take afloat in a boat and enjoy this powerful picture of Mama Duke’s free-loving lifestyle in Austin.
Meet THEBROSFRESH
The citizens of Austin. ⚽ Kicking-off with @brad_stuver. Brad is a local professional goalkeeper who proudly sits on the board of directors at @equalitytexas to support equal spaces and opportunities for the local LGBTQIA+ community. Brad shares his love for the great green parks and the freedom found in his city. As sport brings many different people together to all root for something positive, naturally it’s a career that fits him like a (goalkeeper) glove.
